Every product sold by San Diego Electric Bike is covered by a manufacturer's warranty - parts - but not labor (see details below). If labor is not covered, San Diego Electric Bike will cover the cost of labor for in-store customers for the first 30 days (receipt is required). Afterwards, customers are responsible for the cost of all labor and service items. For online customers, most warranty claims can be filed directly with the manufacturer. Below you'll find details about individual manufacturer's warranties - along with technical support and customer service information (if available). * PLEASE NOTE: We'll be happy to assist online customers with warranty claims, but it's typically much faster to deal directly with the manufacturer.
